This is a 4 wire version of our basic pixel tester and controller for you to test props without firing up a full blown controller. It carries the Build A Light Show pigtail to allow easy testing of the pixels here on the store, and a 5mm power jack on the input side to put power onto. If you want to be able to do higher current testing with it, you can add a t-piece to the output, and attach an larger power supply to the t-piece, which will "backfeed" the tester, allowing you to just have data from the tester itself, and all the power going straight to the pixels! I
It runs 5-24v, and offers a full range of tests and patterns, with brightness control.
The remote control works via RF, not Infra Red, so direct line of site is not needed to the controller from the remote.
Our testing has shown that on some devices the RGB order is out, but this does not affect the function of the controller.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SECONDARY/BACK UP DATA WIRE ON THESE TESTERS IS CONNECTED TO GROUND. THEREFORE THEY ARE ONLY SUITABLE FOR TESTING 4 WIRE PIXELS, NOT 4 WIRE SEEDS. SHOULD YOU WISH TO USE THEM TO TEST 4 WIRE SEEDS YOU WILL NEED TO MOVE THE SECONDARY WIRE FROM GROUND TO PRIMARY DATA.
