Delivery Information
We will ship your order with either Fedex, DHL, DPD or Royal Mail.
In the UK, we will use a next working day service, with the only exceptions being parts of the Scottish Highlands and other areas deemed a "remote area" by the courier networks
Please also note that whilst the couriers state next working day, they offer no guarantee of next day, and offer no recourse when they miss. They will honour a next day guarantee on a "Timed service" which is often known as a "pre 10am" or "pre 12pm" delivery. If you have an urgent need for something to be delivered the very next day, especially during busy periods, please contact us before hand, so we can get you a Timed Delivery quote from the couriers.
In Europe, and all other parts of the world, we will use Fedex's Global economy service or DPDs Classic service, which typically ranges from 2-7 days. Please ensure that you check your mail for tracking details and customs notifications, as we cannot be held responsible for shipments returned for non payment of customs fees.
We aim to. and try our hardest to have all orders received before 12pm on a business day, to ship same day. Orders received after 12pm will typically ship the next business day. During busy periods, when promotions are running, products are being made to order, holiday periods or extreme weather conditions, Couriers not arriving, staff sickness (there is only 2 of us, and a bulldog but she is terrible at packing!), or other unforeseen circumstances, this target may be missed for which we apologise for in advance. We try our very best for our customers, but we are only human.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
