The Double Jumper Twin-Prop Jump-Scare Mech

Two props. Two independent scares. One seriously well-built British frame.

Our first jump-scare mech, and we didn't do it by halves — we did it by doubles. The Double Jumper drives two props independently, each on its own 32mm cylinder with 400mm of lift. One thing can leap up over here while another pops up over there, on completely separate timing/control — perfect for a one-two scare that keeps guests guessing which way to look.

The frame is fabricated from heavy-grade steel and finished in a high-end matt black — the kind of black that vanishes into the dark and won't throw a reflection when a phone torch swings past. It's built to take a full season of hard cycling and come back for the next one.

And because nobody wants a great welded cage eating half the garage come January, the whole frame comes apart. It stores flat — and it ships flat too. The base footprint is 40cm x 76cm: compact enough to hide, sturdy enough to take some ballast, and trust it won't bounce around.

Every Double Jumper is made by hand in the UK by Paul — otherwise known as Baldy — a retired fabricator who spent his whole career building custom metalwork and clearly wasn't ready to put the tools down. These aren't stamped off a production line; they're built one at a time by someone who's been doing this longer than some of our customers have been alive.
