These pixels are the same tried and tested pixels that you are used to from Build A Light Show, as per the description below. The only difference is that they are more expensive. Build A Light Show tries its absolute best to ensure stock is always available to its customers at the lowest possible price, and we place orders with the factories very regularly to try to keep that supply up. However, with the global shipping network the way it at the moment, we have experienced some very unfortunate and badly timed delays. There are over 400,000 pixels on route, that shipped in September for delivery by the end of October - but have encountered some unexpected delays.
We realised that this would cause a problem for those who are finishing up building their display, or those wanting to start building now, and we have taken the costly option of shipping 20k pixels via UPS to get them here quickly, so you have some options open to you.
To be clear, we are not price gouging, we are not taking advantage of latecomers (in fact we are making less on these than we normally would, so are effectively sharing the £ pain with you!) - you can always wait for the bulk orders to come into stock, and get the usual fantastic pricing you usually get.

We have tried and tested this factory repeatedly. The pixels have been frozen (whilst running), submerged, over volted, under volted, and then run at 100% white ramp for a month - only then did we put them in our own display, and run a season on them. At that point we had enough faith in the factory to offer them for sale here.
